- The Skate Chukka Shoe builds on the Chukka Low with added height and support, while keeping the same classic feel skaters trust. Designed by the Vans skate team and inspired by icons like the Authentic and the Chukka Boot, it blends suede and canvas uppers with modern skate upgrades for boardfeel, flex, and grip. The higher profile delivers extra coverage around the ankle without sacrificing mobility and comfort. As with all of our Skate models, we built it with our vulcanized SickStick™ rubber outsole for perfect grip and boardfeel, PopCush™ insoles for unmatched impact protection, and DuraCap™ underlays for added protection against the wear and tear of griptape.
